Incentive Programs Options

A) Sprint Race & Grand Prix

Entire group will take heat session for example10 minutes each on the track. The top drivers in each group will automatically qualify for an example 10 lap final race or a single final in the Grand prix (other options attached). Upon completion of the Final Race the best three winners will be having a prize ceremony, after the race drivers would enjoy a great time at “Z Lounge & Terrace” for a drink or an open buffet of the options attached.

B) Endurance

Entire group will take a qualification session for 15 minutes each on the track. Group will be split into Teams up to 4 drivers per group to compete in an Endurance Race for 60 minutes according to a set formula (other options attached). Entire group will be invited to eat at “Z Bar. Lounge & Terrace” for an open buffet of the options attached at your convenience.

Kindly note that above options include the following: -

· A driver briefing

· A driving suit

· Gloves

· Balaclava (headgear) and helmet

· A kart briefing

Marketing / Branding Options

The option to make the event memorable and unique to the respective incentive group is available at Ghibli Raceway, Sharm El-Sheikh. The entire venue can be branded for the duration of the event. This can include the following: -

Entrance flags, two 7m x 1.5m branded in the name of the event / group / brand
Advertising track boards
Individualized overalls
Kart branding
Display of products / services at Ghibli Raceway
Video displayed constantly at Z Bar. Lounge. Terrace
POS materials displayed throughout venue
Driver record sheets
Event covered on our website & all pictures in our picture gallery section under a section specific for the incentive / group.

Other options

Gifts & presents to all participants, prizes for winners
Hostesses / cheerleaders for teams / groups
Entertainment arcade for supporters

On track Video & digital shooting

ALL THE ABOVE OPTIONS CAN EITHER BE PRODUCED CARE OF THE INCENTIVE GROUP OR THROUGH OFFERS BY OUR SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENT.

Kindly note that the group of the incentive can be split into teams (according to brand, product, area, etc) and create a unique team building exercise. The timing of the event can be tailored according to the groups specific needs, which could mean that a early start can be arranged with a pastries and hot drinks / breakfast menu being provided over and above a lunch or a dinner buffet menu. More options can be created subject to the time and budget available. Conference facilities are also available for your group should they be required.
